Delivery Information

International and BFPO addresses

The shopping cart will calculate all shipping options and associated costs.

Please be aware that any import taxes are the responsibility of the customer to pay where applicable.

Delivery Times - Items In Stock All items shown to be In Stock are just that - in stock! We aim to deliver them to you within a maximum period of 7 days. Our average actual delivery times are generally 2 - 3 days from placing your order. If you place your order before 12.00 noon, it is normally dispatched the same day. On very rare occasions we may receive a lot of orders for an item which may reduce our stock levels before we can remove the item from our site (for example orders received on holidays or out of office hours). In this case we will substitute with an equivalent if we have one, if not then we will contact you and offer to send the item on whenever stocks come in, or provide a refund for the out of stock item.

Delivery Times - Items Out Of Stock & Pre Order Items If you order an item that is shown Out Of Stock or available on a Pre-Order basis, we shall email you shortly after receiving your order (within a maximum of 5 days) and inform you of the expected delivery date of your order. If the expected delivery date is not suitable for you - you can cancel your order and receive a refund. Items are only shown Out Of Stock because we are perhaps waiting on a delivery from our suppliers - where we have an out of stock item and we do not know when we shall receive it, we simply remove the item from the site.

Delivery Times - General If you have chosen to pay for your order by sending us a Cheque or a Postal Order - please allow additional time for your payment to clear, before we dispatch your order. This generally adds a further 7 working days to the delivery time for your order. You can check the status of your order at any time, by going into Your Account and clicking the Order History Button. This area will give you full details of your current and past orders with us. It will tell you, for example, if your cheque has cleared or if your order has been dispatched etc...

Returns You can return an item to us if - it is not what you wanted or it is faulty, damaged, the wrong item or for any other reason. Returns must be made within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Further information on returns will be included in the confirmation email you will receive after placing your order. You will also receive information on how to return an order, included within the packaging of your order.
